From the earliest drawings of a new build or renovation, we work alongside your architect, builder and interior designer to plan storage and organization into the design itself. Each space is thoughtfully mapped to the way your family lives, giving your home a deeply personal layer of function.

INTRO CALL
Every project begins with a conversation. After you submit an inquiry, our team will reach out to schedule a brief intro call to learn about your home, your household and what you hope to achieve, whether that's a single space, a whole home or an upcoming move.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
Next, we visit your home to walk through each space, take measurements and review your current storage. It's an opportunity to understand your daily routines, the challenges you're facing and how you really live.
PROPOSAL & PLAN
Following your consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal, itemized by room for labour and products, and a tailored plan for how each space should function - where everything will live and the products that will support it. For a move, the plan maps out your new home before a single box is packed.
BOOKING & SOURCING
Once your proposal is approved and your 50% deposit is received, our team books your installation dates and sources every product your plan calls for, from bins and baskets to custom labels. We coordinate ordering, delivery and timing, including working alongside your movers, builders or trades, so nothing falls to you.
INSTALLATION
On installation day, our team organizes and styles each space - editing, decanting, labelling and putting every system in place. Be as involved as you like, or step away and return to the finished result.
For a move, that means unpacking and setting up every room, so your new home is ready to live in.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Whenever you're available, we wrap up with a walkthrough of your new systems so they're easy to maintain. For homes that keep evolving, the Refresh Membership keeps everything working year after year.
